REGISTRATION FEES
Individual registration
Registration fee is €2,300 for delegates and €500 for accompanying people and exhibitors willing to attend to the social events.
If you are only exhibitor, please go to Exhibitor’s manual within the Exhibition section.
The following discounts are available:
Up to €300 discount for early registrations, €950 discount for members of a non-profit institution and academicians, €1,150 discount for session chairpersons and speakers, as well as €1,550 discount for students under 26.

2 You may be requested to present verification of being a full-time employee of a foundation, non-profit organisation, NGO, university or education centre.
3 This category is for exhibitors who wish to attend the Opening Dinner on Sunday 29 June, the Spanish Night on Tuesday 1 July and the Closing Ceremony on Thursday 3 July. For exhibitor registration, please refer to the Exhibitor's Manual.
4 You must be 26 or younger and may be requested to present verification of being registered in a university or education centre.
Group booking
Group booking must be arranged by a centrally appointed company co-coordinator in one single request.
The names and required details of all group members must be received by 1st May.
For every 10 registrations, you qualify for 1 extra free. For example:
Every 10 delegate registrations entitles 1 extra free.
Every 20 delegate registrations entitles 2 extra free.
Every 50 delegates registrations entitles 5 extra free.

What is included in the registration fee?
Delegate, member of non-profit institution or academician as well as students registration fees include:
Plenary, Technical & Special Sessions, Congress-related hand-outs & publications, Opening Dinner, Opening Ceremony, Spanish Night, Closing Ceremony, access to the World Petroleum Exhibition and the Global Business Opportunities Centre, bus service from/to official hotels to the Congress venue, Congress official bag and Madrid Panoramic tour.
Chair or Speaker fee includes access to the speakers’ room in addition to all the delegate benefits.
Accompanying people and exhibitor with social events registration fees include: Opening Dinner, Spanish Night, Closing Ceremony, access to the World Petroleum Exhibition and the Global Business Opportunities Centre, bus service from/to official hotels and Madrid Panoramic tour.
Registration fees do not include accommodation, meals, technical and special leisure tours (other than Madrid Panoramic tour), airport transfers or insurance.
