The World Petroleum Congress is carbon neutral.
The certificate awarded by AENOR, the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification, confirms that all greenhouse gas emissions associated with the 19th WPC and Exhibitions will be offset. Emissions have been calculated by Garrigues Medio Ambiente. The emissions taken into account include those from the delegates transportation to Madrid as well as the energy consumption associated with the use of all the facilities. |
